In my break today I brought the ingredients for and made the spinach, leek and feta muffins in the Coles magazine, although they didn't have leeks so I made do with spring onions. I was pretty full from the cheesy chips Sammi had made me for lunch, but tried 2 of them- they were ok but I maybe didn't cook them enough as they fell apart whilst trying to get them out the paper cases, so you had to scrape the remains off with a knife, and they were quite small and more fairy cake like as I was nervous about filling them up too much and them overflowing.

I was going to go for a run but, despite not being very hungry, I ordered my free meal I was entitled to from work and so felt too full… looks like I'm going to keep putting it off!
