Chats sent me a text to congratulate me on my mystery shopper result- a proper one this time and not just an in store one! According to Alice (who was at work, I had the day off) the result was 41/42- the one mark being lost was that their overall verdict was that the meal was too expensive- i.e. nothing to do with the service!
