Annie (the girl who is being a wimp about moving to the beach house) annoyed me this morning, as she was at our hostel early enough for breakfast and helped herself to a bowl of OUR cornflakes with OUR milk, nearly finishing up OUR milk so that I had a pitiful amount on my cornflakes (admittedly I was supposed to be cleaning) and then asked me to go to reception to get some more of OUR milk, because she wasn't staying there, when it was 9.30 anyway and so reception would have had to start bringing in the breakfast items anyway. She then started blowing up her airbed in OUR room so she can stay tonight. She and Lizanne (our roommate who is friends with Annie) keep napping in the day, so we have to tiptoe around them when they're the ones just being lazy. Grumble Grumble.

On the plus side I was closing lunch and doing the evening shift so I got a free chicken and ranch dressing burger, hurrah! Although there was a couple of men drinking their wine until 3 pm so stayed at work later than I probably should have but I don't mind as I don't really know what to do in between shifts anyway. There were 2 lawyers on one table, and it gave me the idea to go to a court hearing one day as I've never done it before.

Later on, Brooke ( a waitress) had written on the roster that Brenton (a waiter) was closing as a prank joke, and so Josh thought he was closing, but Brenton didn't want to, and no-one else seemed to want to either, so I did it- a very long day considering I was cleaning at 6.15 and finished at Hogs at 10! It seems I'm the only one who wants as many hours as they can get, as everyone wants to be sent home as soon as possible once their minimum 2 hour shifts are up.
