When the kitchen staff had finished closing the kitchen, and me and Chats had finished closing on the floor, me, Masa, Shannon and Dane wrote messages on the coasters and tied them to the helium balloons for people to find and contact us when they do. Mine said something like "I wanted to buy an Avocado mega cut prime rib steak (Medium rare with fries and vegetables and a cheese sauce) from Cairns Hogs Breath café… I don't 'avocado" but I think this is best said in a Mancunion accent and I'm not sure if the others really found it that funny- if readers of this blog don't get it either I suggest reading the avocado slowly and imagine you are far away from Cairns. Masa's said something like "Hi. I'm writing this from Japan and want it to reach Australia. I hope it's amazing!". Shannon's said "I've lost my balloon and coaster!" and Dane put something like "Hogs Breath Café New Zealand would like to offer you a free steak if you call this number" (he's from New Zealand).
