30 Mar 2013
I had the luxury of being able to go back to bed after my cleaning shift today, so I slept until 1 pm. I then went to Coles to buy some food, including treating myself to some luxury hot cross buns, the first of which I burnt to a crisp accidentally in the toaster, and then crumbled into pieces trying to get it out of the toaster (luxury apparently means very big).
My rice and tuna didn't really fill me up very much before I went to work, so me and Brenton leapt at the chance to finish off the chocolate cake that got left one of the tables. He was even going to have some of someone's leftover slice of an even nicer looking cake, before Josh told him not to.
I dropped a glass of one of the trays and started sweeping it up with a dustpan and brush, but then started using my hands, which was a bad idea as I cut my finger, and it needed to be put down in the health and safety incident reports.
A couple of people, including Josh who supports Man United, were going to watch the game against Sunderland at the casino. I was going to go with them, but was feeling quite hungry, and my baked potato I had saved got thrown away by the kitchen, and because I was closing I finished quite late anyway (it was fairly busy being the Saturday before Easter) so went home to eat a hot cross bun before going to bed.
