I couldn't decide whether I was grumpy because I was actually grumpy or whether it was just because I felt like I should be after only 2 hours sleep- I was very annoyed at how knackered I was all of yesterday and yet couldn't get to sleep in the evening, or have a nap after cleaning this morning.

After watching the Harold and Kumar Christmas film and Crazy, Stupid love, I took Jake to the doctors as he's had a nasty looking bite on his ankle that's painful to walk on. They just cleared it up and put a dressing on it, but it's put a few of the European's minds at ease (i.e. we're not used to the Australian animals and were worrying it was poisonous).

Dane made me a bowl of the creamy chicken and vegetable soup they were selling as the soup of the day with garlic bread at work and it was probably the nicest soup I've ever had! Him and Jay also crammed all the leftover baked potatoes in a takeaway box for me, and so I brought them back for people at the hostel, along with some of the leftover chicken- I was very popular for doing so!
