Brendan (a new waiter at work) was supposed to start at 12.30 today, but didn't turn up and then had a go at Josh when he phoned him! This is the second time in a week he's been late or not turned up, so I think Josh is going to sack him, which makes sense anyway as he's not a very strong member of staff, and means we can get more hours (we're getting much less than we're used to at the moment because it's not been very busy).

It was great fun looking after the 4 tables of football players (there were some very good looking ones) that came in in the evening... apparently we sponsor them so they decided to come in for a team meal.
