There was a fire alarm at about 4am this morning, so everyone was very happy about that! Luckily it was just a false alarm.

I was supposed to have training at work today at 9.30, but Josh hadn't reminded Alan of it, and so it got postponed until tomorrow. Whilst in town, I stocked up on tuna (can try more flavours and get some much needed protein), got a refund on the extra top I brought for working at Driftin' and got some more Vodaphone credit. Moroccan Tuna was a bit bland and tasteless.

Alice checked into Global Backpackers today, where she will be cleaning 7-9 in the mornings in exchange for accommodation (food isn't free but she gets a $5 meal dollar voucher at P.J. O' Briens), so we met her outside. Bex and I got McFlurries, and I won a free portion of small fries on the monopoly board game. Bex went to the shopping centre to get a SIM for her iPhone, and me and Alice waited for Nils, who arrived in town yesterday.

We went to the lagoon, and I had a slight bikini malfunction- very embarrassing!

It seems like the Kasbah is the place to go on Thursday's- a group of the staff were going to get their fill of the $1 drinks on offer. I was very tempted, but saved it for next week when I don't have work training the next day.
