Didn't do much today except sleep. In the evening, Christophe, a German guy staying in our room, and Avi, an Israeli guy, invited me to have some of their dinner, which whilst they were cooking it, looked like such a random mish-mash of foods (even to my standards) that I thought it was going to be revolting but was actually really, really tasty. The things I can remember going in it were tuna, onions, beans, cumin, malt vinegar, chilli sauce. I'll have to pay attention next time. They served it with some bread and some tahini, which apparently never goes off, which is quite a good food to know about for travelling!
