I went back to bed after cleaning this morning, and found it incredibly hard to get motivated to get out again. In a way this was quite nice as I'm normally so fidgety to do stuff in my spare time that I never really get the chance to relax. Eventually I dragged myself to meet Alice at Cairns central, to buy stuff to wear for work tonight- we dressed up as Grease Characters. There had been a pair of wet look leggings in the free stuff cupboard, which had been taken when Alice checked, but I managed to track down that Ed, the English guy with dreadlocks, had taken for a joke. Alice brought herself a pair, so we both went as Sandy (her ending outfit). I brought some hoop earrings, and took the high heeled wedges that Stacey gave me (only for photo opportunities- Josh did say I would be allowed to wear them just this once, but I'm not the best at wearing heels anyway let alone running around waitressing in them). It was really good fun, and Brenton won a pack of beers for being best dressed- he had a black leather jacket, and had greased his hair with a curl at the front. I also thought Emilie (The Swede)'s outfit was good- she had brought a pink shirt and written pink ladies on the back.
