Lessons this morning and then went to meet Connie and the other Korean English teachers (Efran who is Phillipino and Becky who is Chinese) to discuss how we were going to split the Saturday morning classes between us. They gave me all the materials which we are going to use to teach (dialogues which must be memorised) and told me I must test each student before they leave the class to make sure they have learnt it. If they do not get it right they are not allowed out for the rest of the weekend! I'm not sure these are the best learning techniques, but we'll see.... Went for a walk this evening and stumbled upon a massive supermarket! Because we can't read the Chinese symbols we don't have any idea what is beyond the shop fronts we walk past! This supermarket was above a row of 6 shops but if you went up an escalator it opened up into one massive shop!
