I only worked the lunchtime shift, and got to have an apple cider because a lady helped herself to it and then when I opened it for her and told her it was $8.50 she acted really shocked like it was too expensive, and didn't want to buy it. Whilst I was drinking it, Vicki came in and Patel was explaining to her why he didn't like the new POS system, to which she reacted quite badly and stormed out (I'm not really sure what about it he said).

I went to look round the bookshop for a possible present for Amanda but couldn't find anything, so went to the C.B.D. After I had shopped for my presents, I ate dinner in 'Chilli India' where I had seen they sold Masala dosa's- I had a nice chilli cheese one with various dips. I caught sight of the lunchtime menu which sells a Roti topped with condensed milk and nuts so I now want to go back and try one!

Mia rang me and said she had taken going out clothes to work so that she could go out clubbing afterwards. I was the only non French in the group who went to Revolver (until Mia was there) but it wasn't too bad for feeling left out of conversations. It was really dark which I didn't like as my eyesight is so bad, but it was quite fun once we went into the dancing room.
