I was at Brunswick Street Hooked today, and so bumped into Vicki (since she was working in the office today) and spoke to her about how I was thinking of giving up Sienna when people start to take days off for the Christmas season, but because she is getting people in for trials at the moment, then it's either now or never that I give up Sienna as by the time I was going to quit there will be new staff to take on the hours I would want, so it looks like I will be handing in my notice tomorrow at Sienna. It was nice to hear (but also very strange given how little praise I get at Sienna) how excited everyone was that I would be taking on more hours- apparently Patel's face lit up when Vicki told him. Aside from that it was a very slow day.
It's Ed's birthday today, so once I'd got back from work, me and Amanda made our way to Jo's house, which you get to by going up Chapel Street, but further than I had been before, so I enjoyed seeing a new part of Melbourne, although it's the route Amanda takes everyday to get to work, as she just works round the corner to where Jo lives. Ed, Danny, Jo and Luke were already there, and we waited on Hannah and Zander (some more ex-Reef people) before heading to a very reasonably priced BYO Vietnamese place. Ed had decided to order 3 mains, and managed to finish off all of them! I had a duck noodle soup, which was quite difficult to eat because the duck meat was still on the bone.
