Today at Hooked went a lot more smoothly than yesterday, as I had planned out which jobs took priority before opening, and the checklist for today was quite easy and small tasks, and I left things which was out the back to points of time when there weren't any customers. It got quite steadily busy, which was good as it's all good practise for when I do my first evening shift tomorrow (a Friday night which s going to be pretty hectic). I just feel a bit bad that for some reason I was exactly $5 down- with my maths it shouldn't be out, and I was proud when Vicky said that it was the first time she had cashed up with a new person and the till was exactly as it should be the other day! A girl who does full time hours has handed in her notice, so I don't know whether I should give Sienna up and take over her hours, as I would still have more money if I kept 2 as I'd have more hours.

Instead of going back home, I decided to stay on Chapel Street until work at Sienna later, and just chill out writing my blog, as I had brought my laptop.

It was freezing compared to how warm it was last night so I was glad to be running drinks instead of being put outside tonight. I was also glad to be sent home early- at 11. Lucy had put me on day shifts for next week, but managed to swap with the Swedish Julia.
