A lady got very grumpy at Hooked today as she didn't understand that you pay $2 extra with the lunchbox special to get salad instead of chips, and not as well as. She thought I had ripped her off, and wouldn't let it go. She also paid by using a lot of change which meant cashing up was difficult as I had to count loads of 10 cents and 20 cents coins.
