Another chill out day involving going to the bank, and buying saganaki and then cooking said saganaki. It's a Greek cheese which is like a cross between mozzarella and halloumi and it was absolutely delicious! Sienna sell it as a tapas and so had wanted to try it, but hadn't realised how expensive it is - $10 for 2 wedges.

Later on, I had work at Sienna which was quite quiet for a Friday. I decided to rebel and keep the tips given to me from one table, instead of putting it in the communal tip jar, which meant I got an extra $15 to the $10 I already got counted out to me. When I got back our kitchen and freezer was absolutely stuffed full of an assortment of bread rolls, apparently they were given to us by an Israeli guy who might move in but I have no idea how he acquired so many! I had one of the mushroom and tomato flatbread things.
