Since discovering I feel a lot better, I had wanted to do something pro-active with my day, but couldn't think what, so just sat in the sunshine outside and had a heart-to-heart with Mia. I guess starting to clean the kitchen was quite pro-active, but then Oliver started cooking and so I had to stop, but I enjoyed listening to his reggae music he was playing.

Martin is leaving tomorrow, so there was talk of going to Revolver, which I was very keen for, but yet again there was just a gathering at the house to send him off.
