Back from our trip and am sitting outside on the verandah actually feeling quite cold! It has poured with rain for a number of hours now. We started the morning with breakfast with Rashmi an Indian girl who is a volunteer. Unfortunately her placement hasn't worked out and so she is leaving shortly and hopes to return to Namibia where she volunteered before. After breakfast she came to our wee Chapel. Ken has just returned from topping up our mobiles to tell me that our Nepalese friends are expecting us to go for dinner tonight! I'm feeling slightly under the weather and am resisting reading the VSO health book in case it is malaria! Daft I know! So he's going out on his own tonight.

For my birthday last week Ken bought me two more chairs [now that is a first having a practical gift as a present but to be honest there isn't anything to buy present wise] so yesterday I rearranged the table and took the grass up to make all 5 chairs sit properly on the grass!! The garden is doing really well and the tomatoes are looking good and should be ready when we are away!! We have our tickets except for the return bit so….!
