I cannot believe it's two weeks since I blogged! Here is Ken last Friday planting our tree at the Good Shepherd enviroment day. It was a good morning, kids acting a drama, singing etc. Needless to say school then closed at the end! We were again at the school for our Inservice event which then got cancelled but the Drama class with Fiona went ahead. The kids showed her their performances they had worked on in her absence so I was proud of them [and me!]

We now have two new schools to look after which pleases us as it means that we are in the schools for 8 weeks out of the 10 week terms except when they cancel! One school will involve a plane which is so small that they weigh you with your luggage!! Now that will be interesting! The other is by the sea in a lovely setting up north of Madang where you can see the volcanic island of Manam. So that sounds exciting.

Too much swimming has resulted in me having an inner ear infection so am at home today working. Saw the Doctor, now there's a character for you, for our Hep B jab and that's when I found out what was wrong. So to cheer me up Ken takes me out for lunch. Supermarket fine. Noodles and Italian sauce, OK. Noodles were from a packet and cold and I cannot begin to describe the sauce! However, I had 4 rolls straight from the oven, then a plate of 5 rolls came, then Ken's omelette with yes 4 more rolls, butter to sink a ship and all for 11 kina, oops he had coffee but because he didn't use sugar or milk she halved the price!! 1 kina is about 20 pence!!! Debenhams here is seripous competition!
