I struggled a bit today. Knees and right hip sore. Wasn’t until nearly midday that I realised that because I felt good I had taken no anti inflammatories for over 24 hours. So back to taking morning and night cut back if I feel good but don’t stop suddenly.

It should have been an easy day but it just wasn’t. Lovely countryside some uneven footing especially the bits on the old Roman roads. Stones strategically placed to roll your ankles knees and hips.

Another holiday in Spain May Day. So again unable to post jeans gear home. I have decided to throw away. Some gear that I haven’t used. Silk sleeveless top, sock ( lost the mate ) woollen hat, feather vest and some bags. Not exactly Con maree Alice.

I am now down to two socks two undies so can’t go much further. Maybe my legs will appreciate the effort.
