Second day in Spain. Not raining. Got up showered again. Went to hug the Saint. I have so much to be grateful for. The big one is not going to be swung. The smaller silver one.
Also remembered Pepe to him.

Went and sat across from the pilgrim entrance to the Cathedral Square. Hoping to greet Lou and Tawna. They in at 9:30 so beat me by 15 minutes. Got their compostella while I phoned Dad Hugh Alice Pete and Kris.

Met at the hotel which I could not get in to. Good job I did not go out last night. They dumped their packs in my room and we went to join the queue to enter the Cathedral before the 10:00 mass was out. Santiago is all about waiting. Peregrinos get pretty good at it.

I just want to be home with my family. Hugh is doing a great job of looking after three grandchildren I am very proud of him. Pete and Kris are back in Arrowtown. Alice has been looking after Zeus and now is waiting her turn to hold Bodhi.
