Fairly flat walk today mostly along the road linking Carrión to Frómista minor with no truck traffic. I love the rhythm of it Jean said walking beside the road was a bit tedious.

Some huge herd homes in the country side but still very few bales. Where does all the grass go?

We saw a very inefficient gather of wilted grass tendered into rows boss driving tractor forward , stop two men one on each side forking it on to the trailer, boss stomping it down, boss moves tractor forward. Likely going straight to the herd home but seemed a labour intensive way of going about it. In a lovely room tonight airy con/with bathroom. Reserved ahead 34 Euros.

Had dinner in plaza just below our room tuna salad , patatas, shrimps all seperate raciones which are like big tapas. Delicious and filling jean had a glass of vino Tinto I had beer and lemon.
