Vega de Valvarce to Linares via O’Cebreiro

We went to dinner at Restaurant Rocas. We had a wonderful pilgrim meal beautiful soup and tender pork and steak and vegetables.

Away about 8:00am. Lovely walk today but some steep sections. We took our time with lots of breathers. Had a lunch at O Cebreiro. Then walked on to the next town. The weather was cool bordering on cold. Overcast had ten minutes of sunshine.

I am in a room with three couples Arnault and Anita from the Netherlands, Neil and Donna from New Zealand, and of course Tawna and Lou. We have already had a lot of laughs. I think I have 3 self confessed snorers which probably means more. I am loving my audio book “a man called Ove” and can fall asleep listening to it. I have to go back several chapters to find where I lost consciousness. At least it beats getting grumpy, hot and bothered.
