Slow going this morning I took a while to warm up my legs. But the walk went well this afternoon covering 21 km with an hour for lunch and still got in just after 3:30 say six hours walking.

I chose the albergue Encina Not the best choice. In a room of four with our own bathroom and Spanish speakers we struggle to communicate with. Which is fine we embrace that challenge and they seem willing and so are we. But the staff are unwilling to engage at all so we go elsewhere for dinner. Luckily we catch up with Lou and Tawna that we started at Orisson and have crossed paths with. They were in last nights albergue so we met for a drink and went on to dinner. It was fun sharing Camino stories and finding out a bit more about them.

Will walk with them to Astorga tomorrow.
