Day 34 Monday 28
Molinaseca to camponaraya 16 km
Some up some down. Legs very sore and so was my butt.

Hard to get going today. Tawna and I painted the town some kind of colour so I couldn’t take a pain killer. Tonight I hope to sleep well.

Last time I loved walking out ofPonferada cos of the the park and the cool shade. Really have not had any hot weather so shade is not so critical. I all looks a bit different in not such good weather.

Walked out of ponferada and remembered the difficulty Hugh and I had meeting up. I am walking with Lou and Tawna and will probably keep doing so til Santiago. We plan a short day tomorrow cos we all think our bodies need to recover. We were so proud of how well we dealt with yesterday’s challenges but we are really feeling it today.

Hugh is heading off on a motorcycle trip with Tim tomorrow. Safe travels and have fun guys.
