Que pasa? Day 4, Zubiri to Arre, 16k, cloudy, cool, good walking weather. We started off thinking it was going to be a 5k day, got there (Larrasoaña), felt good so kept going til Arre on the outskirts of Pamplona. We are staying at a medieval Marist Brothers Albergue de Peregrinos - very nice and we even have our own room! The day was an easy slightly downhill walk on a benched track and my feet survived the taping of last night. I am becoming obsessed with the health and wellbeing of my feet and lower limbs! And yes I'm beginning to realise what they mean when they say the 1st third of the Camino is about your body!! Got a good quote today "I am not a human being on a spiritual journey, I am a spiritual being on a human journey". Got me thinking - for hours and hours as we trudged on. Mañana - Pamplona. Centro, La Plaza de Toros y luego vamos a Cizur Menor por la noche. Hasta mañana en la noche.
