Jeff Hi Angie - yep. St Albans was good. We walked past the Heath Lodge Vet Hospital- it looked much the same - 5 vets (incl Steve Dean who must be 60+ now. The whole place looked a bit tired and run down like it hadn’t progressed much. We didn’t go inside - guess I didn’t want to lose my illusion about how good it was. It was very good to be there with Sam - a real Dad and son day - and I haven’t had too many of them

Angela Dennie I'm glad you got to spend some time in St. Albans. The old part of town has hardly changed, just some different shops in the various old buildings. Did you drive by Heath Lodge Veterinary Hospital? I wonder if it is still there? What a trip you are having, truly a trip of a life time I think:)
