¡Hola! Day 22 - 26k, tired body, happy mind, nice albergue tonight with only 2 other people on The room - a brother and sister from France. Apparently they spend a week each year walking The Camino. We walked through fields of crops (brassicas I think), mostly flat with a little bit of up and down. Lots of water lying around in the fields but thankfully no rain. Spent a fair bit of The trip walking with a Young Mum from Germany, Katrin, with her 4yr old son - see pic of me & Eliel in The chair. Very strong woman- physically and mentally, essily able to keep up with me even though she was pushing a pushchair. Think we'll have a couple of light days coming up - bodies are starting to feel The pressure - knees, feet especially. Talking also to a Young couple that own a bar here en Bercianos - The problem of isolation for their own 4 yr old son. They hooked into this little Germán boy as a playmate when we came walking through - The Spanish Mum said they only see About 4 kids a Year that come through on The Camino. And then apparently there is only one other kid in The Village that is The same age - and that they feel he is starting to suffer from lack of social contact. All interésting stuff - The problems different parents have but I guess they are Just variations on The same old theme. Not a subject that I was expecting on The Camino! Hasta luego!
