Buenas - today was all about logistics - getting people and equipment to the start line. Up at 5.30am in our Barcelona hotel, walk 2 k to The Metro, 15 Miin, thru a minefield of underground passages to train station, onto Pamplona train Andén cuatro (Platform 4), 3hrs later (The pic of us attached is on The train was very good, smooth). El primero día! Well we got here At 10pm local time and crashed into bed - 12hrs good sleep! Gracias a Dios! Sal picked a nice hotel from 10,000 miles away - Musik boutique hotel in the old part of town. We walked everywhere and yep I saw plenty of Spanish girls who looked like Jenny ( my sister) when she was 20 - so maybe the myth about Grimmetts having a bit of Spanish blood is true!!
