Y is it on all my days off for thw past 3 weeks the weather has been crap?!?! Tuesday after catching up with mum and dad online i headed back and watched million dollar baby with some of the guys great film, i cried!! decided to be proactive after that and went for a run but felt awful. it was windy and i only lasted just under 20mins b4 i had to walk think all those cheeseburgers are catching up on me!

really wanted to hike up sulphur mountain on wed but we took a poll and nearly everyone told me not to go cause it wld be too dangerous cause of all the rain we've had. i was unimpressed was starting to get cabin fever cause havnt been out properly in weeks so i met up with suze and sara for lunch in the bistro and persuaded suze to come and do the vermillion lakes trail. so we set off after doing a few errands in town. the skies got progressively darker the further we went and the mountains gradually started disappearing behind grey clouds. the trail ended up being pretty lame. it was jst a road alongside 3 so called lakes they looked more like swamps to me and suze! think the whole point of the lakes is to spot wildlife which is cool if we'd gone at the right time of day! the only wildlife we saw was a tonne of squirrels, canadian geese and a bald eagle from far away. we turned round after a while and headed into the bush for a bit then suze saw berry bushes and we freaked thinking bears cld be around cause they eat berries lol. on the way bk though the heavens opened and it snowed and snowed!!!! didnt last too long though but still not fun lol. was good to get some fresh air though!!

stopped off at the liqueor shop on the way back and got some beer for that evening. some of us played some drinking games in staff accom then headed to tommys our local and then onto a club. was a good nite!

my news of the week though is that i have booked my flight home! i leave halifax on nov 19th getting into heathrow on the morning of the 20th! now i jst need to make sure i save up enough money to get me to the 19th of nov lol!!
