On leaving Barn Hill we stopped at a the Sandfire Roadhouse for petrol before heading to Eighty Mile Beach for lunch. A gorgeous isolated beach. We did not leave Derby early enough to reach Broome in time for the first morning of Olympic swimming finals, so we stopped at the Roebuck Plains Roadhouse, about 30km east of Broome, to watch them.
