It was quite momentous when we arrive in Newman, as we were telling everyone we were here when we were actually in Perth for Sean's ride.

Whilst here we went to the local go-kart track and watched some go-karting. Was interesting to listen to all the information given to the riders before they started (it was mainly beginners) as it gave us a better understanding of what was going on rather than just watch the carts go round and round.

Our campsite in the caravan park was next to the camp kitchen which had a tv so we were able to watch both AFL preliminary finals.

I did a bit of motorbike riding even going so far as to go along roads in town and up to Radiohill Lookout. This was so much fun. I did it again before we left town Sunday morning.
