It was cold and wet on Thursday. We drove to Pemberton where we had a coffee. We continued on towards Walpole. The trees lining the roads, and the wet roads, reminded us of the Dandenongs.

We had some rolls for lunch in Walpole before taking a couple of tourist drives to the Tingle Tree and the Valley of the Giants, where we did the treetop walk. Was slightly windy, and wet, when we did the walk. You wouldn't want to do it in really windy weather - the path is pretty shaky.

We drove through Denmark and headed to a free camp spot called Cosy Corner, which is 31km west of Albany. David managed to cook macaroni cheese for dinner during a dry spell.

Friday morning we had breakfast and then headed to Albany.
