We woke up to the sound of screeching lorikeets drumming in our ears and the hum of the generator which didn't turn off during the night.
Couldn't wait to get going and head back to Ellis Beach hoping we were able to get in there because the grey nomads have taken over the campsites.
Stopped at Mossman to do a bit of shopping and have some much needed coffee. After successful shopping it was a short drive to Ellis Beach. We managed to find three campsites but it was very crowded. We are in caravan city.
The day was spent cleaning the red dust off our cars which I must say took a long time at the car wash. Stocked up with food shopping and more importantly alcohol which was getting in short supply. We also booked our white water rafting tour and our fishing trip.
We had a lovely night, Ang was in fine form and very funny.

Es and Joe Well what adventures you've all had, from beautiful sunrises to glorious sunsets dusty roads to log bridges and the most beautiful beaches only found here in our back yard of OZ ... So pleased you made it to the tip and good to hear all's well and are now back at Ellis Beach love to you all xxx
