Today we were being picked up at 7am to go on our sailing adventure around the beautiful Whitsundays Islands. We had chosen to go on the Camira which is an 85 foot catamaran. The cat is able to carry about 100 passengers but we only had about 32 on board which made it so much easier to move around. The weather was perfect for sailing, with a nice breeze. Left Bowen this morning and after stopping off at the Big Mango for some typical tourist pics we made our way south to Airlie Beach. After driving through town we booked ourselves into the Flametree Tourist Village for a couple of nights. We drove back into town and had a wander around. Stopped at the beautiful Airlie Lagoons and took some pics and headed over to the Whitsunday Sailing Club overlooking Airlie Bay and had a delicious lunch. Drove to the Abel Poi...
