Headed off this morning towards Undara to check out the Lava Tubes that we had heard so much about. Got there about 9.30 and the tours were all booked out until 1.30pm which was a bit disappointing so we had a free cuppa and got back on the road and set the navigators to Cairns and then onto Ellis Beach where Colin and Wendy are camping.
We are all a bit excited to see the others and to exchange stories from when we left home until now.
As we started down the mountain from Kurandra it started to rain and rained right up until we got to Ellis Beach. Wendy came and found us and was soooo excited to see us. We are right on the beach and are booked in until Monday.
Mart & Jen are due to arrive later tonight.
