After brekky we had a drive out to Darlington in the Perth Hills to visit Michael and Josephine again. It took us about forty minutes through Perth's expansive suburbs to get there. It was great to see them again and to introduce them to Jay. We had a lovely cuppa, a beautiful spot of lunch and a great catch up on the verandah of their gorgeous house. After this we drove back to the caravan park via the IGA supermarket and chilled out for the rest of the day. Jay made us a wonderful and fantastically yummy sugar free chocolate mousse later on. The only ingredients being probiotic yoghurt, cocoa and maple syrup. Simply wonderful.
