After posting some things back home we walked around to York Castle Museum which cost us £5.95 each to get in. It was a collection of recreations of York from different periods and displays on the evolution of household appliances. Was more interesting than it sounds. Departed Nottingham heading for York, arriving at Queen Anne's Guesthouse at 11am. Explored York, visiting Jorvik Viking Centre which was OK. Cost £6.35 each to get in.
