Shell's Birthday !! After breakfast at the hotel we caught the bus to Princes Street in the city. Walked down to tourist information for a city map then went to nearby internet cafe to send and read some emails. We switched seats so Shell could type an email and were told quite abruptly by the owner that we'd have to pay an extra 80p if Shell typed...we swapped back and they didn't get their 80p!! Checked out of our hotel and began our drive to Edinburgh. Drove along Hadrian's Wall to Corbridge hoping to visit Corbridge Roman Site arriving at 9am only to find it opened at 10am! Continued on our journey stopping at the Scottish Border at Carter's Bar. Took some photos and video then continued on to Jedburgh.Arrived in Jedburgh and visited Jedburgh Abbey.
