We got up at 8am and had breakfast at the hotel then walked down to central station and caught train to Roskilde. Walked down through the town to the famous Cathedral and then on to the harbour area. Walked back through the town to the train station and caught the train back to Copenhagen.

Arrived back in Copehagen and had kebabs for lunch at the train station, then converted our left over Icelandic money to Swedish money before booking our seats for the train trip to Gothenburg tomorrow morning. Returned to the hotel to rest and pack for train trip tomorrow.

We got up at 9am and had breakfast at the hotel after having to wait for a table before going for a walk around the Christianshavn area of Copenhagen seeing Christians Church and Our Saviour Church. Got up at 7.15am and had breakfast at the hotel then walked down to central station and after working out how to get a ticket caught the train to Hillerød to see Frederiksborg Castle. We walked through the town centre to the castle and went on self-guided tour. We arrived by bus into Helsingør and walked along the harbour to Kronborg Castle for a self-guided tour of the royal apartments, church and casemates.Ramparts had excellent views across the Oresund to Helsingborg in Sweden. We then walked back through the old town to the train station stopping for an ice cream each then caught train back to Copenhagen.
