Checked out of our Aberystwyth B&B at 9am and began our drive around the coast towards Cardiff.

We passed through Cardigan and Fishguard stopping in St.Davids where we had a look around the Bishops Palace ruins. We wandered around for a while the checked out St.David's Cathedral before continuing on to Pembroke.

Arrived in Pembroke and visited Pembroke Castle. Had a quick look around the castle and checked out the views from the top of the tower.

Drove on through Tenby to Cardiff arriving at our B&B, Austins, at 3.30pm. We checked in and then headed across the river to the Millenium Stadium for at tour. By the time we found the entrance the
last tour had left so we missed out!

We decided to walk further up the road to Cardiff Castle. Looked around the grounds before joining a guided tour. Only 4 people in the group so the tour went quickly. Amazing rooms all decorated to a theme by the 3rd Marquis of Bute. After the tour we climbed to the top of the original Norman Keep for views of the city.

Walked to mall for dinner at Pizza Hut, crap service and still hungry after the tiny pizzas. Walked down to Starbucks for a coffee to fill the gap before going back to B&B.
