Woke up at 4am and checked out of hotel. Had some coffee and croissants for breakfast that was provided by the hotel and then caught a taxi to Tegel airport. Checked in for our flight and checked bags all the way through to Melbourne. Flight departed 10 minutes late at 6.50am and we were on our way home.

Arrived in Potsdam from Berlin and decided to take a bus tour of Potsdam's Palaces which departed at 11am. We had a coffee and donut while waiting for the tour to depart. Bus departed the train station and passed the Nikolai Church, passed through the Dutch Quarter and the Glienicke Palace before arriving at the Cecilienhof. Walked around the grounds of the Cecilienhof and were told about its role in the Potsadam Conference in World War 2. Got back on the bus...

Got up at 9am and had breakfast. Walked down to Zoo Station and caught U-Bahn/S-Bahn to Unter Den Linden for pictures of the Brandenburg Gate. Walked around to the Reichstag and went up to the top of the dome for the views over Berlin after queuing for 45 minutes to get in.Had lunch at Starbucks near the Brandenburg Gate before catching the U-Bahn around to Nordbahnhof see the Documentation of the Berlin Wall display and a remaining section of the Berlin Wall. Arrived at Berlin Hauptbahnhof from Prague at 1.15pm and caught the S-Bahn to Zoo Station. Walked to our hotel, Sofitel Schweizerhof. Our room wasn't ready so we left our bags at the hotel and walked down to wards the Zoo Station and had lunch near the Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial Church.Walked back to hotel and checked into our room at 2.45pm.
