Had a traumatic night at Terry Thomas' pension as Sally was convinced there were bed bugs which is the fear of all fellow pilgrims. She had no insect spray so decided to cover the bed with hair spray. Her theory was that the bugs would stick to the mattress. Today was one of our best days walking as we left Triacastela after a good breakfast to head for Sarria. The weather was sunny but not hot and we made good progress. We had a basic meal and crashed out at 9 last night sleeping though to 0630. After breakfast we headed off at 0745 to climb the 2000 ft to O'Cebreiro at top of the Valcarce valley. Luckily the weather was cool and cloudy so we made it to the top in 3 hours with several pit stops.
