Just arrived back ourselves today from 1 week in Costa del Sol where temperatures were high, so feared the worse for you having to walk in extreme heat. I nearly expired on a 1 hour gorge walk.

Hi L&S will you wish Sal a belated B/ day, we met some who has just completed the way he has never done any serious walking before , and it was great to hear how much he enjoyed ,but also hoe hard parts are ,you must be on the home straight know so keep striding I know everyone I speak to are so proud of you both, and look forward to sharing your wonderful experience over a well deserved glass of wine .

Lovely to hear from you John and Pauline and sadly along with more interesting scenery comes big climbs so limbering up with a couple of 103 brandies as we speak. No need for hairdryers for last 3 days as Sal's hair has been blown dry by mucho viento!
