We had a basic meal and crashed out at 9 last night sleeping though to 0630.
After breakfast we headed off at 0745 to climb the 2000 ft to O'Cebreiro at top of the Valcarce valley.
Luckily the weather was cool and cloudy so we made it to the top in 3 hours with several pit stops. O'Cebreiro was pretty but also the first place we have been to that was a bit touristy so we walked through it to next village for a sit down.
Although the weather was great for walking it was not so good for getting the most of the incredible views. But we felt good so kept walking down a beautiful valley and ended up doing another 32km day to Triacastela arriving at 5pm.
It's a nice little village but we had a scary time trying to find some accommodation eventually getting the last private room in a smart albergue.
We are now on the last lap of this marathon with only 83 miles left to Santiago which came as surprise to us.
The camino will now start to get a lot busier as at the the next town of Sarria many new people will be starting. This is because it's the shortest distance of the walk that Pilgrims can do to still get their official pilgrimage status from the Vatican. We are meant to graciously welcome them to the fold - yeah right!
Another group we gave seen too much of recently is the brotherhood of cyclists who will soon be welcomed to the fold with a walking pole through their spokes!
