Camino Charity Walk
Mrs Bean who has been very quiet for weeks has finally struck again. She pushed the lift button 2 or 3 times as it did not respond immediately to her command . The result was the lift doors shut and the lift moved a few feet then but then did not budge.
1 hour later the emergency lift engineer crow barred the door and released us between floors. We climbed out unscathed. I suppose there has got to be a first time for everything but after the bed bugs last night and now this Mrs Beans nerves are slightly on edge.
She has announced she is walking up to our 5 th floor room tonight but having just downed 2 bottles of vino blanco I remain sceptical!

Jakob and Trudy Hi Laury and Sally, it is very nice to read that the bed bugs, Germans and malfunctioning lifts did not take away your courage and sense of humour! We read your daily stories with great pleausure. Saint James is awaiting you and expecting you to hug him in the cathedral, only a few days from now! We hope to keep in touch! Enjoy your last days and goodbye! Jakob and Trudy
