On arriving at Le Grand Beach campground in Cape Le Grand National Park (60kms east of Esperance) we met up with the campground hosts, Margaret and Greg who were also our hosts at Cape Range National Park off the Ningaloo Reef. They are a lovely couple so it was good to have a chat with them again.

Cape Le Grand is a gorgeous area. The water is so blue. David went in for a swim but it wasn't really warm enough out of the water to swim. We went for a drive around the park, stopping at all the attractions. David went for a walk Sunday morning up a hill with views over the ocean and back into Esperance, which he said was lovely.

The flies were pretty annoying here. Our fly nets are coming in handy since Kalbarri. We didn't need them up north.
