After 2 warm sunny days exploring around Trollhättan we went down through the 4 huge locks, they were the largest we had ever been through but we're almost the easiest, as the design meant there was no flow of water you just went up or down without hardly noticing the movement. Trollhättan is famous for its waterfall. To get there we had to sail to the very bottom of the lake 19 nm, it again was windless and so hot we stopped mid lake and jumped into the water for a swim. Dalbergså is on the way for us leaving the lake. It's 25 nm with no wind forecast, we left at 06.15 as the harbour is small and it's now into the Swedish sailing season proper so we needed to arrive early.
