We arrived yesterday and have stayed two nights hoping the strong northeast winds will die down, it looks like we are going to have to fight up into it as its forecast to stay till after we need to be in Kalmar. Nicholas Hill of CA rally fame is also here waiting for the wind we had drinks on his boat last night, he told us about the Maritime museum in town. We went along and spent most of the afternoon there. They have a traditional Swedish Smorgasbord buffet at lunch time including drinks and coffee all in as much as you can eat for about £8.00. The best value meal in Sweden. We are going to try and round the Utklippan corner into the Orlando sound tomorrow with winds of up to Force 6 on the nose we in for a beating.
