Today's sail, 27 NM toMonsteras Segelubben was lovely, a great down wind sail in the sunshine, the first without warm weather clothing. We are the only visiting yacht tonight. Yena the other British yacht we left with was in last night much to the surprise of the harbour master as he never has British yachts only Dutch and German so 2 in 2 days amused him. I think it is underused because it's 4 miles off the main channel. Before dinner we walked to Okno Island, it's connected to to mainland by a small bridge. A popular story on Okno is of Karolina Olsson who slept continuously for 32 years. She fell asleep on 20/10/1875 and did not wake until the beginning of 1908 when she was 47. She went on to live a normal life and died in 1950. The electricity is included in the very reasonable cost of the mooring so we have been busy with our washing machine
